ShadowCraft will make custom accessories any time of the year and with any design idea you may have. Send a form in or email support@shadowcraft.store with your inquiry.

Note that work with chainmail, scalemail, chain, small leather features, custom pendants*, small sewing details is what can be currently made. Plate armor, full sewing & leatherwork services are not available at this time.

Costs for Customs

⇻ Reduction/extension of length in premade items (past what is free) typically adds a small fee

⇻ Full customs based off of premade designs or original customs have a % down payment required before any additional work is done. A sketch of the design will be shared & progress photos along the way.

- Sketch fee is included in the down payment

⇻ Depending on the design, the custom charge is typically 10% higher than premade listings.

Forms of Payment

ShadowCraft accepts payment through the website (as a custom listing) or through a custom invoice with PayPal. On the website, Klarna is offered, which puts your total in payments of 4. I can also do payment plans through PayPal.

Customs Timeframe

This will be mostly dependent on the item being made, but please allow at least 2-3 weeks during non holiday periods. This time will be discussed with you! Most pre-made items require up to 1 week for adjustments before they are shipped.

Renting

ShadowCraft chainmail can be rented as well! The costs cover shipping, return shipping, base fee + length of time you’ll have it. Also, additional such as alterations to the piece or costs to cover severe damages to the item will be on the customer.
