Payment Options?
ShadowCraft accepts most credit/debit, PayPal & Venmo for forms of payment online. No cash or checks.
**Through paypal , a link may be generated for payment for custom orders as well. Venmo may also be used for customs.
Location? Do you have a physical store?
There is no physical location, though sometimes during holiday season local pickup is available.
What wax is your candles made out of?
All fixed jar candles made by me are made of a soy wax blend. It is mostly soy, but there are additives in the blend to hold the soy together—soy wax without additives does not take shape inside a jar.
However, soy has a much lower melting point. This causes the burn time for all candles to be shorter than paraffin or beeswax. Our current wax melting point is at 110 degrees F.
All non-jar candles such as the taper or pillar candles are a paraffin and soy blend. Ratio is 2/3 paraffin and 1/3 soy. This blend is needed for candles to hold any shape outside of a jar—blends with too much soy will completely melt all over your space.
To ensure safety of product, 2-3 day shipping is mostly used for the candles.
Do you have a form of contact other than email?
Not at the moment. My main form of inquiries for everything is only one email. support@shadowcraft.store.
I may respond to questions over social media, but all shipping inquiries must be made through email.
Shipping
ShadowCraft ships once per week on the nearest Monday after an order is placed. Please, understand that many of the items are made to order. I will do my best to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Non-Custom orders generally will ship 5 - 8 days after ordering because many of the items on this shop are made to order. 1 week for pre-made accessories that need adjustments. Custom accessories can take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month to create.
Note: During the holiday season (October-January), processing regular orders could take a week
You will receive an email with your order receipt & when your product ships, you will receive an email and a tracking number. Make sure to check your junk or spam folder.
RETURNED PACKAGES FROM IMPROPER ADDRESS
If you supplied an incorrect shipping address, and the package was “returned to sender (ShadowCraft), I will reach out to you about paying the full shipping price again or a partial refund of your items (basically everything you paid minus the shipping costs).
It has happened where the address error was on ShadowCraft, in that case. It will be covered by us and I greatly thank you for your patience.
Returns & Exchanges
ShadowCraft does not generally take returns and exchanges and all sales are final. If your item arrives broken, or you received wrong items in your order, please contact SC at support@shadowcraft.store. To receive any exchange or return, the request must be done within 3 days after receiving the product. The product must not be noticeably worn or any products used.
ShadowCraft does not allow any returns for apothecary items, candles or crystals.
