Instructions for infusion
Bring the herbs (2 tbsp. per 8oz of water) to a boil in a saucepan of water and reduce to a low simmer for 20-40 minutes. Strain the herbs and pour the infusion into your bucket, bath, or bottle for immediate usage. Wash your floors, windows, doors and handles to shift the energies.

Using a charcoal tablet, take a generous pinch of the herbs on place on the charcoal before you light it. Always use charcoal tablet tongs and never hold the charcoal as you light it. Make sure the charcoal is in a fireproof container.
