This green tea based herbal blend is perfect for the celebration of Litha—the Summer Solstice. This packed blend features 9 herbal allies that are all Litha appropriate. The aroma is herbal and floral, with a hint of slight smokiness of the gunpowder green tea. It is naturally more bitter.
Steep 1 tablespoon (per 8oz of water) of the blend in boiling water 200℉ for 5+ minutes~
Strain tea or remove the bag.
Combine with a dab of honey (you have to with the Summer Solstice!)
